Fresh green & yellow citrus, over layered with complex notes of Granny Smith apple and pears on the nose with a complex , good acid balance and a textured finish on the palate. Wine is 11 months matured on lees, before its naturally stabilised and bottled. Spontaneously fermented & matured in concrete tank & Neutral French Oak barrels for 11 months
